Avenged Sevenfold – All tickets for the rock in rio Sold!

            All the tickets for the concert were sold. They started to sell them on April 04th but they are already gone. In this concert, Avenged Sevenfold will share the Stage with true legends of Rock`n Roll: Iron Maiden and Slayer. For the ones that could not buy the ticket, calm down, the performance will be broadcasted by Multishow.

Extra NEWS:

·        Avenged Sevenfold was nominated for song of the year by Golden Gods Awards 2013 for the song “Carry on”.

·        In August,  Avenged sevenfold will be the main attraction of the event Heavy Mtl in Canada -- the tickets are already being sold.

ROCK IN RIO ON THE WORLD

Although Rock in Rio was originally released in 1985, in Brazil, it has also been help in other countries, like Portugal and Spain. Rock in Rio is famous for the number of bands and solo singers that play there and for the amount of people it gathers. Bands like Silverchair, Iron Maiden, Guns n Roses, Ozzy Osbourne, Queen, Red hot Chilli Pepers, among several other very wellknown artists have performed on Rock in Rio stage throughout its editions.

This year, the event will be held on Seetember 14th,15th,16th,19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd.

world championship of league of legends

Last month there was a world championship of League of Legends.
 Twelve teams from different places of the world were the contestants. Those teams were divided into groups A and B.

The Brazilian team (Pain Gaming) fought 5 matches, but it only won one, so they didn’t make it to the final. The teams that passed to the final were:

The favorite one for this final was CJ Entus Frost because they got the second place in the previous edition losing to the Taipei Assassins.
The final match was composed by 5 rounds, the Frost won the 1^st round and the Blaze won 3, the 5^th round was not necessary.
THE CJ ENTUS BLAZE was THE CHAMPION!

Harry Potter, Twilight, the Hunger games and other sagas enchant many kids and teenagers. These sagas were only books. Now they are movies that make millions people go to the cinema. The most remarkable ones are:

The Harry Potter Saga:

Harry Potter, written by J.K. Rowling, is the most popular saga of all times. Daniel Hadcliffe was the actor that starred Harry Potter.

The story is about one boy that discoveries that he is a wizard and he is going to Howgarts, a school of wizards and there he experiences many adventures with his best friends, Hermione and Rony.  And Hermione and Rony are going to help to save Harry’s life, too.

Emma Watson was the actress that played Hermione and Rupert Grint was the actor that played Rony.

The Twilight Saga:

The Twilight Saga, written by Stephenie Meyer, has as main actors Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and Kristen Stewart. These actors only became famous because they shot the Saga that is a worldwide success.

The Twilight Sagais about a teenage girl, Bella, that falls in love with the vampire Edward. The werewolf Jacob falls in love with her, so the narrative focuses on what Bella and Edward have to do to stay together.

The Twilight Saga is composed of excellent movies if you want to watch, and excellent books if you want to read.

Hunger Games:

The Hunger Games movie is based on the first book of the trilogy of books by Suzanne Collins, The Hunger Games is a great success in the world especially for teens. The Hunger Games’sevents happen in a distant future, when North America turned into 13 districts.There, two young people from each district, between 12 and 18 years old are chosen to participate in a reality show. In this reality show, called The Hunger Games, teens must fight each other until only one survives. The main character Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) volunteered to take her sister’s place and will have to fight to save her life and the life of Peeta (Josh Hutcherson), a boy she has fallen in love with. The next Hunger Games sequel is Catching Fire. It is based on the second book, in Brazil the movie will be released this year on November 15^th.If you like adventure and love stories, there is no doubt you are going to enjoy it! 

Cell phones and their usage

Cell phones were once simple and without much technology. Before the mobile phones were created, residential phones were used. They have been evolving: if they were only used to make and answer calls, nowadays cell phones are tools through which one can surf the Internet, use chat applications, play games, and text friends.On the other hand, it is possible to say that people are becoming more alienated. Each month new phones with new utilities are released and people are buying them. People are not taking their responsibilities and spend hours on the phone instead. They are getting addicted. And this is a problem that has been affecting society. People may have these phones, but they must have limits.
